Welcome to Oshirma ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, "Service"), operated by Oshirma.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Communications
By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
3. User Account
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service Usage
For Customers
When using our Service as a customer, you agree that:
- You will arrive during the specified pickup window for any ordered items.
- You will cancel your order at least 2 hours before the pickup window if you cannot make it.
- You understand that offerings may vary and not all items will be available at all times.
- You will treat business partners with respect during pickup interactions.
For Businesses
When using our Service as a business partner, you agree that:
- All food items offered comply with local food safety regulations.
- You will accurately represent the food items being offered.
- You will fulfill orders during the specified pickup window.
- You will not use our platform to dispose of expired or spoiled food items.
5. Food Safety Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure all food available through our platform is safe for consumption, Oshirma cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or allergen content of any food items. Customers with allergies or specific dietary restrictions should contact the business directly before ordering.
Oshirma is not liable for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or damages resulting from consumption of food obtained through our Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oshirma and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Oshirma.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oshirma, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Dispute Resolution
The laws of Uzbekistan, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Commonly Asked Questions
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at least 2 hours before the pickup window. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.
Is there a fee to use Oshirma?
For customers, downloading and using the app is free. For businesses, there is no fee to join, but we take a small commission on each successful sale.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please report any issues within 24 hours of pickup by using the "Report a Problem" feature in the app or by contacting our customer support team.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting our support team. Please note that some information may be retained for legal purposes.
